The auctioneer firm of Messrs Leong Auctioneer Agency is established in 1990 and has been actively involved in the auction sale of foreclosure properties in the State of Selangor Darul Ehsan and Wilayah Persekutuan.  The firm is strategically located in Amcorp Trade Centre, Petaling Jaya which is away from the city traffic woes and next to Taman Jaya LRT Station.

The firm currently has an auction room with a sitting capacity to cater for 35 to 40 bidders at any one auction.

AUCTIONEERS

The firm is managed by Mr Leong Wye Hoong a licensed auctioneer having 14 years experience conducting foreclosure auction in the High Courts of Kuala Lumpur and High Court of Shah Alam and all the Land Offices in the State of Selangor Darul Ehsan.

He is a registered auctioneer with the High Court of Malaya and all the district land office in Selangor.

He has the experience of auctioning a shopping complex with a reserved price of 'RM42.5 million' under A/E No: 38-165-2002 in the High Court of Kuala Lumpur and a piece of prime land with a reserve price of RM15 million, apart from office block, landed properties, condominium and apartments.

He has also been given the opportunity of conducting the 1st Auction Fair in Malaysia at a leading Hotel at Kuala Lumpur in November 2002 wherein he has managed to successfully auction off 25% of a total of 47 properties put up for auction.  Subsequently at the 2nd Auction Fair in March 2003 which was held at a leading Hotel in Petaling Jaya, we managed to auction off 35% of a total of 87 properties put up for auction.  And on the 3rd Auction Fair  held at a leading Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on July 2003 we managed to successfully auction off 38% of a total of 98 properties put up for auction. The firm is being assisted by Mr Leong Wye Seng, a licensed auctioneer having more than 10 years experience in property auction.  He is a registered auctioneer with the High Court of Malaya and all the district office in Selangor.

The firm is also being assisted by Ms Loke Yuen Hoong, a licensed auctioneer having more than 10 years working experience in selling properties.  She is a registered auctioneer with the High Court of Shah Alam and all the district office in Selangor.
